The ITT ES/RS Customer Service
Organization is responsible for
all contracted repair and
warranty activities for our
existing product lines.
Personnel attached to the group
are certified and current with
all manufacturing standards in
accordance with ISO-9001.
All items are processed through
our TRAX software. TRAX is a
LAN-based software system
developed to provide Real Time
administration and tracking of
all assemblies passing through
the Repair Work Center. This
computerized system tracks the
part from dock to dock. The TRAX
system immediately provides the
technician with the
configuration revision status,
warranty status, repair history,
repair parts status, date of
receipt, and required delivery
date for the specific part.
Since failure and parts
replacement data are entered
into the system, TRAX can
identify failure trends. Such
information is used to
streamline methods and achieve
continuous process improvement.
Customers are provided Real Time
Status via our TRAX WW (world
wide) secured site.
ITT ES/RS maintains a
world-class antenna test range
facility available to companies
and governments who have the
need for state-of-the-art far
field antenna measurements. We
have 8 comprehensive antenna
test ranges located in the San
Gabriel mountains several miles
north of our main complex. The
antenna test range facility is
one of only a few sites in the
world that can provide high
performance free-space testing,
covering the RF spectrum between
900 and 18,000 MHz. The Range
provides unobstructed
line-of-sight azimuth and
elevation patterns free from
interference. |
